Well, today is officially the close of the Hall household's summer. It was a great summer too. Unfortunately, we celebrated the going on of a loved one, but even in that, there was happiness. We also got to hang out with family in another State, go places, see things...it was pretty fun. With that being said:
This is what I learned this summer:
Chicago's aquarium is pretty cool. So is Garrett's popcorn!!
My kids are pretty dern athletic. And the best way to get them off the couch is to get them in sports.
Traveling with kids is not that bad if you: know their sleep patterns, have the right tools (electronics, DVDs, games, CDs etc), have food and drinks on hand - that way as long as their eating, they aren't fighting LOL
Summer plans are such stressors - just go with the flow - even if that flow is nothing for the day.
Summer vacation makes you appreciate BACK TO SCHOOL TIME!!!!! :-D
